so i said i would update, and he it is in its glory. and stuff.
ummm, since last time i had roughly 3,000 chem quizzes, a good sunday, a retreat, and more preverbal "stuff" in the middle. except it wasn't so preverbal.
skip chem, move to sunday. morgan came over and she promptly schooled me at checkers-big time. we were going to fully enjoy aladdin, without any, say, people jumping-really hard- into my sliding glass back door and rolling around on my deck. not that it happened or anything. and it wasn't mike. regardless of the espionage, i had super fun and a good time.
good news im not currently taking advantage of: because im in student council, i signed up to count cans for the food drive. this means i can skip class whenever i want to count cans and am pretty much forced to skip 1st and 2nd period-but i cant. i feel bad and know ill miss stuff. i guess there was no point typing this, so...yeah.
The retreat was pretty good too, quite relaxing. 15 guys went and we got to talk, eat massive amount of cookies and juice, and make phone calls in the bathroom. i hate to say it, but i dont think there was/remember the theme. but it rocked mad ice.
so i have to translate spanish like a fiend. seriously, fiends translate soo much spanish. but yeah.
oh! i don't know if im the only one this applies to, but i now have come to realize i can never put up an away message saying im doing homework. it give the impression that im being studious when i really walk around, read the funnies, take a shower, play with the dog, eat, talk, and almost any other verb that "doing" homework. …and then i found five dollars.
