Well Im still in michigan and alive. Things are ok, just working at walgreens trying to save money. My background investigation is basically complete. My friend Vivien who I lived with in El Paso told me that the investigator sounded really positive about me and seemed pleased he was able to pass me on to the next phase in the application process. From what he was telling her, only 1 in 10 pass their background investigation. So im one of the chosen 10%. now i just have to wait for a call from them to fly back down for another day or two of testing. the psych evaluation, medical check up and 2nd sit down interview. I have a lead on an apartment complex in Grand Prairie Tx. that is decently priced and not that far from downtown dallas.
The walgreens i work at got robbed again last night. This is the second time in just over 2 weeks. The first time a guy walked in showed a gun in his waist band and grabbed money when the cash drawer was opened. this time a guy walked in and actually pulled a gun and demanded money. hopefully they catch the people responsible.
