So yeah I'm Rick. Carolyn loaded all of the program files onto my computer so I can update everything and discard the outdated info.
What's that? Did I get a raise you ask? NOOOOOOOO!
Why would I? I only train everyone, help everyone, do every tedious thing, I spend more time off the phone than on it... good thing I have that dumb muti-task sheet.

So Sheryl put in her 2 weeks notice on Friday, her last day is April 7. Bobby also put his notice in, before he even has the job he applied for...not too swift i must say.
I trained the dumbest man on earth the other day, hopefully he won't last another week (lets keep our fingers crossed)
