Hello,
Does anyone happen to have recommendations for good Italian business writing standards documents or books? If anyone's taken an Italian Business or Technical Writing course, perhaps there are some books/docs in the bibliography or references section of your class textbook... Could I maybe trouble you to look that up for me, if you have some time to spare?
I'm looking for something that is written for an audience of Marketing and Public Relations personnel in Italy. I'd like something that is roughly equivalent to a "Manual of Style" but more for business/commerce documents. I'm more interested in something that describes diction, word usage, sentence structure, tone, formality of prose and the general "how to say things". It's less important that it describes formatting specifications of the document (margin width, font size, font face, etc.).
I don't know any Italian at all, so my Google-fu is useless here...
I really just want the title of the documents or books and the publisher name (something I can insert into a formal bibliography, for example). I would be tremendously interested if the document were available online and if it came with an English translation, but that's not necessary.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks =)
