Sexuality: Bisexual. She eventually starts dating Helia on the show, but there were hints of bisexuality. I mean, there were the Mirta days.(I’ll sure take care of YOUR pumpkin. Nudge, nudge, say no more.) I think Flora’s the kind of girl that wouldn’t care which reproductive organs you have if the love was there.

Appearance: She may not acknowledge it, but she’s a very attractive woman. Flora stands at about 5’7” with long brown hair and blondish highlights around her bangs and green eyes. Her skin is a healthy tan and she's a very thin girl. She very fond of wearing make up and perfume as well.
Flora is usually dressed in pinks and greens, and will often have a lot of floral themed clothing. She likes to wear very feminine and fashionable outfits, but she manages to do so without spending a bundle.
Personality: Flora is a sweet and shy girl. She feels a strong connection to nature, often surrounding herself with wildlife. She's a young and mature woman who always wants to help others. She loves tranquility, which shows in her calm and rational nature. Flora can be rather sensitive, wanting the best for others and always working to be a peacekeeper in groups. When things go wrong, she can easily keep her head on her shoulders to make reasonable decisions.
She isn’t too fond of confrontation, not always able to express herself. She fears sparking an argument or a fight so she might keep her true feelings and thoughts hidden. It takes a little bit of prodding at times to get her true emotions out. Flora also has issues with insecurity, especially on the stage, but will slowly warm up to the idea of being a stage actress. She’s diligent in her studies as a koubu pilot and an actress, wanting to do her best. Flora is not only extremely kind-hearted, but she’s also extremely loyal to her friends.
History: Originally from the small ocean side city of Linphea, Flora had a simple childhood along with her younger sister, Miele. In this city, her parents, Iginio and Ilaria Latini, own the Conservatorio di Verdissimo Pianeta (Green Planet Conservatory). For many years, Flora helped care for the plants and insects at the conservatory, giving her a deep love and respect for nature.
Since early childhood, Flora showed a strange amount of control over the plants around her. Her techniques always seemed to have an accelerated effect on the plants' growth. It always had the people in town talking, too. Sometimes people came to the conservatory simply for the fact they wanted to see this strange control she seemed to have over the plant life. Word of her abilities spread to Rome where it was picked up by the ears of the Imperial Capital Defense Program. They sent a scout to Linphea to see what there was to this girl, quickly realizing she had enough spirit energy to help control the koubu. She had been focusing this energy on plant life, explaining her odd effects on nature.
After convincing her to become a pilot, she began her training in Rome. She quickly showed a preference toward defense than offensive attacks. Still, she can hold her own on the battlefield. She’s still working on her theatrical talents, working through her own issues to better her abilities.
Extra Information: I used Latini as Flora’s surname because that’s the surname of her voice actress, Ilaria Latini. Speaking of which, I completely cheated on her parents names. (If they do mention their names anywhere I haven’t seen, please give me a shout out.) I named her father after the creator of the Winx series, Iginio Straffi, and her mother after her voice actress.
