Well -
today was a pretty good day...
Yogurt for breakfast - Light and Fit only 60 Calories
Lean Cuisine - 270 Calories & Salad with Chicken (150 Calories)
Small Lean Steak for dinner w/ Sugar snap peas (400 Calories??)
Worked out for an hour, burned 450 calories on the arc trainer, and lifted weights, and did sit-ups (another 200 calories)
So, net caloric intake, about 230.
I can def live with that.
I'm sort of annoyed because I salted my dinner a bit too much, and so i'm guessing that I might retain some water, but hopefully not too much. I'm also supposed to start my period this week, so i will probably retain water from that too.
I don't think I'll weigh myself until Friday just to stay sane. I weighed myself this morning and the scale said 109, and I'm relatively happy with that. I just feel like its stuck at that number though and wish i could get it to move down just 4 more pounds, and THEN i swear i'll be satisfied.
