So, once and for all, what's up with this "Halloween" thing? The intelligence I gathered tells me that Halloween's some sort of cursed day that people are scared of but at the same time it's a day when kids dress up in funky costumes and get candy from people? What's up with that? Is this City that weird?

Well, I'm gonna have fun on that day. Nothing's gonna stop me, unless the townspeople need help!
