I made this same post one year ago. Today, the community turns three. A year ago I also brought presents, but this year I fell behind. .___.
But, you know, if you want to make cool ItaSaku things, it's as good an excuse as any! XD
I guess I should make some sort of report~
Over 400 members, woo-hoo! A year ago, we didn't even have 300. Welcome to everyone who has joined since then. I hope to see you participate more where you can, whether that's posting fanworks or commenting on others' posts. ♥
Tags are up to date. I'll tag all posts in this community, but you're also free to tag them yourself. If you tag a piece of fanwork yourself, it's more likely to be tagged with all the genres and such that fit it best.
Reminder: Ephemeral Love's AU fanfiction contest is ongoing. [Info!] It's awesome, and you should join in participating if you haven't already.
To finally address a more serious issue....
LJ has been having a notably serious problem with Harry Potter, homoerotic, sexual content these last several months. Let me make it clear that adult content is always welcome in this community.
However, it might be wise to err on the side of caution, and flock all adult posts from here on out.
Would you guys like to have some sort of contest or gift exchange or challenge? The winter holidays are in about two months. And granted, I haven't given this much thought yet. If it happened, would you participate? It would be for all forms of fanwork, not just fiction or art, but graphics and whatever too.
If we do, I'd like to keep it on a small scale, like under 500 words or just a couple of icons. Nothing heavy. Just something to get the creativity flowing a bit.
