You're welcome ^^ I've spent more time than I'll ever admit googling for any ItaSaku art. I've plugged in their names in search engines and I've used Kanji in searches and that picture is one the only one adult images I've ever found. Well.. I did find some lolicon Itachi x's Chibi Sakura art/fan manga at one Japanese site, but that was before my PC crashed, so I no longer have the links or images. It had an iteresting, though pervy lolicon, theory that the reason why Sasuke is so stand off-ish to Sakura is because she was Itachi's Lolita back in the day. -_-;; So sad T_T I've been sporking my artist pals for ItaSaku artsy goodness, but I can only spork so much without coming across as the wierd person in internet land. XP Hit me back with some links if your searches ever prove more successful than mine.

This website has some ItaSaku illustrations and Japanese fanfics. The artist also does SasuSaku and SasuSakuIta illustrations and fanfics as well.

Hmm... the only ItaSaku-ish doujinshi I (will) have is a SasuSakuIta doujinshi. Though I don't know how the story is since it is still currently being shipped to me. Judging by the artist's previous works, I'm guessing it's most likely going to be a wacky romance comedy instead of any serious romance. The only other other one that comes close is a SasuSaku comedy doujinshi where Itachi is a Sakura-stalker.

While there seems to be a decent following for the ItaSaku pairing in the Japanese fandom, most of what they have are online novel stories, never any doujinshi. :/
