If anyone could help me out with information on World War One causes (esp. nationalism German aggression), and opinions on the Treaty of Versailles, it would be extremely VERY much appreciated!

Okay. Basically Treaty of Versailles is generally considered to have been one of the major causes of WWII (Hitler campaigned on a platform of restoring German pride/territory lost to the treaty).

It was a very unfair treaty (in the opinion of some historians) but later historians have said that it was simply the best compromise that could be come up with at the time - between the competing demands of Lloyd George, Wilson, Clemenacu. Also the fact that Austria-Hungary basically weaseled out of it.

Causes of WWI - Germany had just become a nation. They were looking to prove themselves on the world stage and in that time you did it through empire building/trade/war. Plus - Kaiser/new military leaders were very aggressive.

Nationalism - it gave the European governments something to focus the population on other than their own problems (an eternal enemy). In France it fed in to the loss of pride over getting their butts kicked by Germany in the Franco-Prussian war.

I shall look up my notes if you wish for more - kay. Hope that
