What the hell? Doesn't anybody want to give me a chance at a job anymore? :( Okay, so full story...Mom went downtown to Laura Secord's (chocolate/ice cream place) to buy some xmas gifts for the family and she saw that they girls working there were in a big rush so she asked them if they needed any halp and one of them answers: "oh yeah, we're missing some empoyees for christmas time, you should go talk to our manager over there" so she does and the woman tells her for me to come in and bring my resume. I brought it there on Saturday and I call them today just to see where things are going cuz they said they'd call during the week. And you know what the manager tells me??? She goes: "Oh I'm sorry, it would be kind of pointless to get someone to work for only one or two weeks and thats it you know? I'm keeping your resume though if I get a job opening in January for you. Thank you anyway" UGH!!!
