No, I did not miss it. I was struggling with whether or not to accept it, but I've come to the decision that it's still lacking. I'm sorry, but I have to deny it. Again, you're free to try with another character.

T_T I don't get it. You accepted the others easily, I don't see how there were more IC than I was..Or am I lacking something else? Please help ^_^;

The only other Zombie-scenario applicants that were accepted were Temari and Tenten, and this was because of a) applications that were grammatically polished and believable, and b), their application included the character's reaction to having to defend themselves from former friends/allies. Your application contained some errors, and---above that---didn't really delve into what Kiba thought about the situation. Kiba is not a simpleton, despite being a brawler, and I think that reanimated corpses would provoke a reaction a little more complex than "LOL I CAN BEAT IT UP". This is only my opinion, granted, but my opinion is what ultimately decides what does/does not get accepted. Kiba is a hard person to get spot on, I think, and it can take some work.
