(no subject)
okay, so school was pretty cool today. i met this guy in my english lit class and javier told me he was the former drummer for band of horses. it's still weird to me when i meet people in pullman who are into music or are part of bands. this place is completely unlike seattle where every other person you meet is a music fan or in a local band or has a brother in a band. it's refreshing to meet people who simply like music. i just wish there were shows here or at least in idaho, i mean, that's where it's at.
ahhh! i want to watch Wish Upon a Star because that's probably my favorite disney original movie. i might just go get it right now. that AND an 80s work out video. every time i walk outside, i always slip on the ice and i can never talk because my lips freeze, so i have to walk with my gloves in front of my mouth to keep them hotttt. we walked to the rec center last night all bundled up and it was so painful...i miss running outside!! i think running is one of my favorite things in the world. i used to hate it, but then again, i took it for granted. you never know what you have until you lose it. well, i've never lost my legs, but i've definitely been in a situation where i couldn't run if i wanted to. running is one of the best ways to feel free. i mean, just run and you'll feel this overwhelming sense of motivation. like you can just get up and go and basically, do anything. it's like being more alive than you can handle. it's awesome. that and rollerskating. but that fulfills an entirely different void.
i'm going to sleep. and i'm going to think about how much i love jim and dwight's relationship on the office. <3
