Заметил, что на eBay заметно выросла стоимость доставки товаров Россию. И решил я посмотреть, что думают продавцы по поводу отправки товаров в Россию... И вот, что о нас пишут продавцы на форуме eBay:

We cancelled Russia in all of our listings. There is a big big percentage that customers claim that "item has not received" or so. We are sick of issuing refunds and no fight to avoid the stupid one-way negative feedback system... We sign a contract with DHL Express for $26-$30 USD flat to Worldwide that offers free insurance (up to $100USD value) and a very detail tracking system - not to mention a 5 days service. Our broker says that DHL doesn't go to Russia no more.

Russia is a great market but our refunds to Russia customers are greater!!
We used to ship 1 or 2 packages a DAY to Russia (50 to 60 a month), most of them ended up refunding.

Search the Answer Center for members from the Russian Federation that never received their items. And we have to tell them to file "item not received" claims to get a refund. Packages are delayed because their Customs Dept holds up packages for way too long.
Same with Brazil. You DO NOT want to even think about shipping to Brazil!
