the state of washington ripped me off 20 bucks.
I sent in a form with 20 bucks STAPLED to it. this is for a hunter's lisence deferal.
the check was cashed on the 5th acording to wells fargo.
I get the form back on the 12th with a notice saying no check was included, AND the staple is still on the form-minus the check.... we call em up and all the ladie tells us is that the check is non-refundible. I would really like to slap her right now. Or send her to Jail for a while.
