The Midsummer Night's Vegas Show is so overdone

I feel ever so much better about my group being absolute ditzes now because I see what kind of groups I could have been saddled with.
Out of the nine presentations today there were THREE groups that did MSND:Vegas! and Three more that did a 60's/70's version with Puck as some sort of drug dealer. I DESPAIR at our nation's National subconscious, I really do. Why did everyone come up with the same dire Ideas? And here's a pretty thought, I know for sure at least one more group is doing a Vegas theme.
No one's done a really good project so far, although the graphics design for the 1950's Greece crossover was very admirable.
As for the other groups, well one was set in the Old West, another set during the Revolutionary War. Their costume design really sucked.
...I want to say 'We're going to win!!' but I'll save my optimism until after our presentation.
Two friends camping, they hear a bear outside their tent - one starts putting on his running shoes,. his mate says you can't outrun a bear... Right on, I don't have to be Broadway costume designer good, I'm going to be better than all the other groups. Then I've won.
What'd really suck would be if some other group does Hawaii.
I'd like to think it was a very original idea, as it was mine. :P
