THE PREMISE:
Derided as a Glee ripoff. Starring mostly unknowns, Disney channel rejects, and actors in the terrible Fame remake. Created by a woman with a penchant for terrible puns. No one ever expected the hour-long musical dramedy B Natural to become a cult classic spanning four seasons, but the show emerged at just the right time to hit a cultural nerve. B Natural follows the lives of five students at Schmidt College, a school that exists in a world not quite like our own. In a postmodern pastiche of genres, the characters of B Natural make friends, fall in love, fend off ancient curses, battle the occasional giant robot, and figure out that a wizard did it... all while compelled to burst into song.
