Whew! I'm glad I got the summary done in time for this week's reaction post, otherwise we'd have had to say the show was pre-empted for a football match!

I certainly will! Doesn't look good for the lighting guys... The situation seems to be getting worse and worse for the time travellers, and for their Cro-Magnon friends. Gus continues to show his resourcefulness, but what really made this for me was the idea of Boom KO'ing drunken Neanderthals with a metal chair! :D

I'm just gutted they never made the spin-off series with Gus and co in the Cretaceous (okay, they kind of did in those Walking With Dinosaurs specials Marven did...).

I imagine that anyone who follows Primeval will have a good giggle over Gus saying that 'eaten by a dinosaur' is how he'd want to go.
