Pay Update
So, here it is, Friday September 21st, a full week after our scheduled pay day. Have I gotten paid yet?
No.
I received a phone call this morning saying I wouldn't be paid until Tuesday.
This is getting fucking ridiculous. I cannot understand what is going on - and thus far no official word has come down the pipe. Oh, there are rumours to be sure - there are always rumours - but no one really knows anything. I was told by my manager that he and the other area managers would be having a meeting tonight to discuss the situation and hopefully get some official word. I should find out on Monday. I'd better. I'd also better be paid on Tuesday.
There is a good chance I will not stay much longer. It's unfortunate, but there it is. I don't know at this point if I will even stay in the country much longer. I have a lot to consider.
But I'm not making any decisions until after Monday/Tuesday. Quite frankly, I have no clue what to do.
