On Fire!
Seriously. There was a fire at my apartment today. The suite one under and one to the left of mine - we think it was a kitchen fire. I can't tell you how weird it was - and smokey - when I ran out of my apartment. But luck for you, my camera was in my bag (which I grabbed on the way out), so I have some video of what went down here at Tokai Mansion. I think the Japanese are a bit paranoid about fire as there were about 8 fire trucks for what was, essentially, a kitchen fire. No one seems to be hurt, thankfully, and we were able to go back to our apartments about 30mins after we left them (about 10mins ago for me).
