Need a room mate
Alright. We found Eric, he came home and he isn't dead. He also isn't paying rent and is moving out this weekend. I'm gonna try to help him move tomorrow night in order to get him out as soon as possible.
With that said, I need one room mate. If two people want to move in and they are cool then that works and we will fill this house with 4 people again. Rent (total) is $800 so split 3 ways is like ~$266/month plus utilities. Four people is $200/month plus utilities.
Ideally Mike and I would like to have a friend or friend of a friend move in over a craigslist schmuck. That shit sucks. So if you can spread the word we would appreciate it. We live in a cool neighborhood and our landlord is responsive and nice. Also, the current uncorrupted mayor of Detroit lives just over a block away!
The house does have two rock musicians that play with a band once a week (sometimes twice). There are two cats and the house is no smoking. Despite both of us being vegan and straightedge, it is not required that you be those things. Just don't be addicted to anything you use, don't let our house smell like it and don't sell it out the house. I guess there are a few rules. Whatever.
