So I've been real slow to write new songs lately. I want to, but I get crazy busy all day so when I get home, I eat and relax. My job is killing me from the inside.
Anyway, this may become a song one day when I'm less lazy, but until then, I thought I would share some crazy lyrics I wrote over a year ago. They were inspired by a true story of a man getting trampled to death in a New York Wal-Mart. Even after people found out they had killed him by rushing into the store, they continued to shop.
Here is some pist off wordy weird shit:
The temple's glass doors busted
A sacrifice made as they ran
Pounding feet not to bring rain
But a feeding frenzy
One man died protecting his family
The rest inside died of consumption
His name was Jdimytai Damour and you will forget
His name was Jdimytai Damour and you will forget
His name was Jdimytai Damour and you will forget
The sky went black
But the ink in their blood
Moved them to keep shopping
It was 5am, they hate getting up for work
Funny, that this is what they worked for
They formed a union for shoppers rights
To not know where the products came from
To not care about workers' health insurance
With a foot on your chest
They'll tell you when the store opens
Wrap your presents with perfect creases
Hold them in the closet until that day arrives
Just like the pennies you store in heaven
They aren't waiting for you
I hope you fucking drown in it
Your ignorance is the bottom line
Class war is the one against consuming
Trickle economics just piss all over you
on that note, good night!
