I love how even the funeral was, in fact, a big test. Very Hal-lish apparoach )))
Hal, in his expensive attire, with his razor-sharp teeth and his venomous tongue, the reaper that had smiled at Nick in that jail cell - and all had been settled. perfect image<333
“I don’t need you to remember her. You don’t need you to remember her. Very soon, she will be one of many. Stop torturing yourself, Nick. She tasted good, didn’t she?”
She tasted like blood. There was no question of good or bad; blood was life. Love this ^__^
The crucifix part was hawt >.>
“They used to hurt me too,” Hal said, absently. “I grew out of it.” He shifted slightly, the flaps of his coat swaying about him, and Nick could see years, centuries trailing after him. Your Hal is really fantastic, my dear ( ... )

You know, I still can't decide which Hal I love more: the Lord Harry bastard or the cracky OCD doofus))) That's purely in terms of writing, of course))) As a character, I love of Hal)))
Very Hal-lish apparoach LOL, and hellish, too))) You know, I hate funerals. And I hate preparations for them. I sort of tried to squeeze a bit of that into Nick. He honestly would have been better off if they'd just buried her body like they did with other girls but Hal wanted one final torment for him. And it really was. It sort of took all the grief he felt and crushed it. And then Hal delivered the final blow by being as awesome as he is))) Hence, no more Mr Nice Nick)))))
Thank you so much for reading! <333 And for the ring idea, too. <333
