I realize we have a lot of the same friends, but in the off chance someone different is out there....
kaometrik needs a roomie to join our happy household! She lives in the 2 bedroom basement suite of my house. So there is happy people, cute animals and soon to be a hot tub. Anybody know a 'good people' that needs a home?
I'm in need of just the right roommate
Preferably female but im open to the right male.
I'd love someone i already know to some degree.
And being a tender time in my life, it only makes sense.
This is a quiet tranquil safe respectful stable environment.
(Me and my 2 kitties and a guinea pig.)
-Other animals may cause conflict for them. we can talk about that though
I'm on Victoria Drive and don't plan to move anytime soon, but
do need another roommate.

2 bedroom basement (cool in summer, warm in winter)
Every other suite in the house are friends.
Cable and interweb are already here.
Hot tub to be put in shortly in the back yard
Rent is 340 each a month plus some bills (minimal)
New washer/dryer on premises
I'm tired of drunks and parties in the house (unless we plan one)
Its a pawt friendly environment and i smoke cigs occationally indoors but we can work all that out if they dont smoke.
In the next bit we're putting new beautiful flooring in, and im planning some
amazing colors to paint, and of course you can do what you wish in that artistic aspect.
I've mellowed out alot over the last couple years and seek someone who is responsible and craving a place to relax and enjoy their home as a temple.
