I apologize for not introducing myself earlier, but I know the first days in Johto are quite disorienting and I didn't want to make you feel uncomfortable when you had arrived so recently.

That is the impression I had gotten from others I had spoken with, and you're quite correct that my arrival here left me with a number of things to wrap my head around. But we have met now, and I would like to hear your story. Though the middle of a road is hardly the best place to have such a conversation.
