New Year's Eve and only an hour to go before we run outside haphazardly and scream at the top of our lungs, banging things together and kissing our significant others. It'll be better than last year by far - last year I was working on a PowerPoint for Wegner's class. Which sucked.

This year, we're over at Carrie's house in Indy and playing games and eating all the glorious things she and her mom made for us and dancing DDR songs and being comfortable and happy; I think this year might be ok... Yeah. Yeah, I think it will. Head count, let's see: Me, Paul, Dad, Danielle, Daniel, Katie, Carrie, her brother, Katie's little friend (dunno her name), Dmitri, soon to be Eric once he gets here. We're all spending the night and waking up next morning to a Carrie-cooked breakfast ^_~ Wooty woot!

Tomorrow, I'm visiting the cemetery, but I think for the last time. I'm leaving a letter and walking away with a full mind and, needless to say, a heavy heart. But things will be ok - as long as I remember and keep the inspiration with me, everything will be ok.

Y'know? It doesn't really matter what things happened in the past - those are all things we either laugh at or learn from. And anything that you can't, couldn't have been that important to begin with. Are we going to remeber the exam papers and the school work and the mindless dribble and drama? Probably not. The idea is to make the best of the time that you've been given; what wrong could come from that?

Happy New Years, everyone!

::EDIT:: - Totally didn't mean to not count Luke or Anthony; I was in a hurry and was only counting the people I could hear. Luke was downstairs and Anthony wasn't there yet, lol. So yeah, they were there and Luke sang and Anthony kicked Paul's butt at Street Fighter ^_~
