Day 01 - Introduce yourself
I'm Admiral Christa Pike. I was born and raised on a ranch near Mohave, California. When I was younger, I was considered a problem child due to my inability to sit still and listen. That all changed when a friend of the family gave me a horse that I later named Tango. Taking care of him helped settle my urges down and I became a better person because of it.
After high school, I went to Starfleet Academy. I took command classes there, and eventually graduated top of my class. Several years later, I became the Captain of the USS Yorktown.
One of my greatest achievements was becoming fleet captain and given the USS Enterprise. My command there was short lived, and I was sent back to Earth due to injury. I was later promoted to Admiral.
In three weeks, I'll take command of the new starship USS Galaway. I'm looking forward to having my own ship again.
