So our powers are back again? While it means we can defend ourselves better, I can't help but feel uneasy about all of this. After all, the last time we were back at full power this world was ending...sort of. And there are also some people that will use their powers without taking into account the greater good of everyone else or even this place

Hm well, not really. We did get them back, but that wasn't what I meant. People started losing their feathers and soon became rather weak.
