Forty-six Days Earlier
The day before was a mix of euphoria and a blur as well. Just yesterday, they were hanging out like usually. Makoto scolding Yuki with his idiotic antics while he enjoys making his friend laugh. Never did he imagine that anything would go wrong. He thought as long as they were together, everything would be fine. But it's now all a lie. A dream he mad eup for himself and Makoto.
He went to the hospital after school. He didn't really wanted to go and told his parents he's gonna visit Makoto but his parents scolded him and told him he could visit later, that Makoto needs his family now than him. That hurt him. He knows it's just a fact. But he knows to himself Makoto needs him the most. Just after the sun has set, Yuki arrived just after Makoto's parents left.
Makoto is still unconscious. Yuki went in and stared at his friend with lots of tubes going on different places. He doesn't really know what to say so he just sat there and watched his friend, breathing slowly and steadily through a tube.

Everyday for two weeks, Yuki went and visited Makoto, and everyday he would start to talk to his friend little by little until he went back to his normal self and pretended that his friend isn't there in limbo and is with him talking and laughing at his antics.
Thirty-two Days Earlier
Yuki arrived a bit later than he planned cause he was held back by their former friends. It seems the other four was genuinely worried about Makoto and bugged him since the news broke out. It was just only a few days before today that he got so tired and let them know the details. He's opening up to them again.
As he arrived, he heard a few noises inside Makoto's room. He went stiff and scared. He wasn't sure what's happening. Different assumptions sprang up in his head. It was only when a nurse went out that he saw a glimpse of what's inside. It was ethereal. It was something he missed and at the same time something like he saw for the first time.
Makoto is smiling. Makoto is awake.
Yuki felt like collapsing right there and then. He was so happy and relieved that his friend is alive and awake. He felt like his tears would fall at that moment but then Makoto noticed him and called out to him.
"Yuki! What are you doing there? Get in here. Didn't you miss me?" Makoto grinned at him teasing Yuki a little. Yuki smiled and walked inside greeting Makoto's family. Makoto's family left after some hours and it was only Yuki and Makoto in that room.
"Why are you so quiet? So unlike you. So, what's up?" Yuki doesn't know what to say. He has a lot to say but he doesn't know how to tell him.
You bastard. You scared the shit out of me.
Why did you just woke up now?!
Why'd you make me worry.
I was so worried.

He had a lot to say. But he was scared that if he talked now, he would spill everything. Instead, he lifted his fist to Makoto and grinned, and as if on cue, Makoto knew what Yuki meant and bumped his fist against the other's.
a/n: okay that took me a while to come up with something and post this next chapter. and i am sorry cause i really get distracted a lot and tend to not focus on stuff lol probably the rain helped boost the angst in me plus this song is so cray and yuki is so cray too and damn im crying for the ending. i wanna see the end of this fic already lol anyway~ i hope you like this! :)
