1. Are you an Essential Worker?
So they tell me. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop.
2. How many drinks have you had since the quarantine started?
One? I didn't exactly panic-buy, but I bought yuzu-flavoured wine.
4. What new hobby have you taken up during this?
None. It's time to catch up on what hobbies I do have.
5. How many grocery runs have you done?
I do a small one a couple days a week.
6. What are you spending your stimulus check on?
Emergencies. That I hope do not arise.
7. Do you have any special occasions that you will miss during this quarantine?
Two concerts that I had tickets to were cancelled.
8. Are you keeping your housework done?
What else is there to do? Besides, staying home more means the place gets messy faster.
9. What movie have you watched during this quarantine?
I watched Godzilla, Princess Monoke, Spirited Away, and Ponyo. Re-watching Totoro again soon.
10. What are you streaming with?
Youtube and Netflix.
11. 9 months from now is there any chance of you having a baby?
Nope.
12. What's your go-to quarantine meal?
Oats. Trying to remind myself not to reach for cookies and potato chips.
14. Has your internet gone out on you during this time?
Touch wood!
15. What month do you predict this all ends?
I don't think we have enough information to predict this. I hope it ends by October (just to give an arbitrary indication) but *shrugs*
16. First thing you’re gonna do when you get off quarantine?
Go to Ikea? I'm sorry, I've been kicking myself for not buying a mixing bowl from Ikea since February. I have one from Ikea which I loved but I chipped it.
17. Where do you wish you were right now?
In bed. There's a low level of background worry that tires me out. I realise I'm supremely lucky that I get to deal with this as a situation with a low level of background worry; others deal with it as an immediate danger.
18. What free-from-quarantine activity are you missing the most?
Swimming. Walking about without face mask.
19. Have you run out of toilet paper and hand sanitizer?
I just bought some.
20. Do you have enough food to last a month?
No? Unless you count staples like rice, of which I do have... enough.
