A full rotation completed
I have spent most of the last week reminding the crew that I am second in command. I have visited all areas of the ship, checking efficiencies and crew functioning. As I expected, all seems to be going well, in most areas. The only problem area, really, is the one I've had all along.
Unfortunately, one of my Sickbay technicians is underperforming. I appreciated her rough attitude (it was a refreshing change from the cowed demeanor most of my staff posess) but sadly I am going to have to let her go. I've performed a cost/benefit analysis, and determined that her presence is more trouble than it's worth. After her shift today, I will be requiring her assistance in an experiment on explosive decompression. She will be the subject.
