I feel like when I don't write in a journal, things get out of hand fast. I can always use a stream of consciousness to set goals and work toward them. I am eager to realize my potential and try to work toward it. Let's start with weight and eating because I feel like that holds me back the most from living. Today is July 14th... A Thursday. I'm starting a detox for two weeks. I will see it thru the end that I finish it without any negative feelings. Strong mind. Bed time
