I guess I feel bad for the guy? No I don't. Get this. We had this baroque lute concert in Hemmle tonight, the first guest artist gig of the semester... it actually would've looked like a whole lot of fun had it not been for this ass who tells us to start messing with the recording stuff from the moment we step in the door. So I go get Jeremy (sound guy) and we talk to him and then the two of them and Rob end up lugging all this crazy stuff backstage to do an additional recording to the one that is done by Jeremy up in the loft. And apparently the lute people don't even know this crazy asshole! He's one of Bogle's minions, go figure. I didn't even realise Bogle had minions, but it figures they'd be like this.
So these lute people are doing a pretty good job, Smith and Mariani seem pretty happy, Ballenger comes and chats with us, I hang with Jeremy up in the loft, and then WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT BEEPING NOISE?? It's that bastard Sterns' sound equipment, back with a vengeance. It goes on for about a minute and finally the guys playing have to stop 'cuz it is really getting annoying. And then finally the freakin' beeping stops. And then it starts again! So, this guy has so very much shot himself in the foot on like his first week at Tech. Oh well, that's what he gets for being a control freak. Sheesh.
