chikotori posted another excellent translation of Gackt doling out advice to people in need, and also mentioned Gackt will be guest starring in an episode of Kimutaku's next dorama Mr. Brain.
So, in the advice part, in response to a job seeker, Gackt said academic background and work experience don't matter and "no one can tell if you can do your job based on those things." And you may get hired just on the basis of your smile.
I totally agree with Gackt on the job/interviewing one. Of course there are exceptions but generally, imo, most interviews are BS too. And what you see at an interview/on a resume doesn't reveal how a candidate might slack off, shirk responsibility, leave early, steal office supplies, do the least they can get away with, blame others, conceal their mistakes (wasn't this a vice that Gackt said he will fire someone for?) have a bad habit of misfiling things, have grammar problems, not take criticism well, or display bad attitude under stress. Sometimes finding someone reliable is just the luck of the draw, and the same is true for many reliable ppl who get passed over!! *deep breath* POINTS TO GACKT!!!
So, I guess his Gacktness is quite enjoying acting now. Will he interact with Kimutaku? Somehow I can't envision what a Gackt/Kimura meeting would be like. Gackt got along great with Shingo Mama and gets along swimmingly with Nakai-kun.
But Kimutaku's extremely celebrated for his beauty among other things & competitive and kakkoii and one of those people who usually wins at everything. & unlikely to be affected by Gackt's intimidating aura. Clash of the ikemen?? Takuya got along really well with that other TK, another major heartthrob (I flailed about his Bistro appearance with Uncle Tony Leung didn't I?) But Takeshi's a real sweetheart. Gackt isn't so simple, has a huge ego, and appears to enjoy messing around with people. Not that he will be anything but a professional perfectionist. By the way, all 3 people mentioned here would be on my list of top 10 ikemen. I wish they would all be in the same movie. Gackt said he wanted to be in Red Cliff. And I think they're all about the same age, despite what one of them claimed about his origins. Not this Mizu Hiro person who's been dominating those lists. i don't know what i'm saying anymore lol. Please excuse me.
I note that I did a flailing post about Pop Up!SMAP back in November. I read it over and I called them living idol legends. And they are! I have ordered my j-scandal expose book & am look forward to reading that sucker. It better be worth the $!
