AHEM.
As a result of unwavering pressure on many fronts, I have decided to maintain this so-called "internet journal." It seems to be a rather contradictory concept, as far as I have always understood the keeping of a journal to be a private matter. But this should be a harmless experience.
But where to begin? Presently I have no outstanding cases on which to comment, no pressing engagements. My teaching job hasn't even yet begun to give me any experiences. At the moment I am merely enjoying a cup of tea before retiring for the night. The best recipe for pleasant dreams is tranquility beforehand, after all. Or so I'm told.
Perhaps that bit of advice is enough for tonight.
To any who find this journal, welcome. I wonder if I should "friend" my coworkers?
(Is that correct usage, I wonder? "To friend" as a verb... This internet business is rather peculiar)
