On Sunday Annie Palmer asked me to play a show with her this Friday in Ann Arbor, at Crazy Wisdom (check out their website, which has a calendar with very little information besides when the next full moon is, right HERE.) I figured, why not?
The best part is that I used the show as an excuse to start getting my shit together for the songs I plan to record with Joiya. Kaylan will be accompanying me on four songs at the show, and it should sound pretty sweetastic. This show should mark a return to regular programming, instead of the unprepared chaos of the Ypsisongs and Madison House shows.
The show (and my performance) begins at precisely 8:30pm. It will all be over before 10:30. Then, who knows? Oh yeah, and it's FREE - though I think a hat is passed around.
OH - and that Ypsisongs feature aired on Michigan Radio. You can download the mp3 here or read the transcript to the story here. Brandon, Kaylan, and I also played live last Friday morning on TalkRadio1600. The audio is not on the site, but there are some pictures here.
