Why does no one make a set of squid-themed bathroom accessories?

I think we have viable fashion line, dear.

My mom /did/ say a few months ago she'd make me a hooked rug for my bathroom, since I can't find any w/o a latex backing. Won't happen till well after the move, though. Now to figure out how to do soap dispensers, toothbrush holders, little cups, and storage stuff.

Will both sculpey and epoxy make you die? There's cernit, also...
Or you could make friends with some whittlin' guys.

Sculpey is ok, though it's not really as sculptable as it says. Epoxy depends on type and ventilation, though technically it's toxic to everyone. I know how to do simple resin-casting, too, but will probably be too lazy to go to all that trouble. (Plus resin is super-toxic and I don't have a respirator. I ought to get one for school; perhaps it would cut down on my linger cough.)

Hell, I'll probably be too lazy/busy/exhausted/in pain to end up doing any of it, but it's a nice thought. The celestial themed stuff I have right now isn't really me, but it was better than anything else I could find.

Plead Maura to find squid soap molds! Sculpey & epoxy suck. D'you have any ceramics buddies feeling cephalopodic? (Hey! It's a new word!) Porcelain would be lovely. :)

Porcelain would need to be glued down so it wouldn't get knocked over and broken :) Bathrooms tend to be so crowded that it's easy for accidents to happen.
