Ok so you know when you bottle stuff up and then something happens or someone says something and all of that work to keep those emotion hidden goes down the drain? Its kind of like that. I forgot that i was even hurt for a pretty long amount of time and then reality hits. HARD. I dont even understand how one sentence can make my heart race and me pace around. Why do people try to hurt one another for pride or jealousy or no reason at all. I just dont understand.
