(no subject)
I just got back from the Upper Peninsula (Sault Ste. Marie) yesterday. It was a nice mini-vacation...lots of rain and coldness. The high was probably 60 degrees, and I was the only prepared one. Went with my grandparents, cousin Phillip, & my brother Eric.
Our maid (he totally wouldn't admit he was a maid, but I saw him cleaning rooms) looked like the Java Guy from MadTV. I laughed so hard when he left the room.
Anyway, we went to see and go through the Soo Locks, I got to go to Canada because the other American Locks were really busy and there was no room for our tour boat. It rained the whole time we were on the boat. Saw a huge ship (1,000 feet long) go through the Locks. We saw the Saginaw…out of Cleveland, Ohio, that was a huge disappointment the boat being from Ohio. We went to about five light houses/boat museums and some water fall that I don’t know how to spell the name of.
Oh I went and saw Anchorman with my grandpa, it was an okay movie, they showed all the good parts on tv, except the rumble that was the best part.
