I'm always surprised by the blankets we have at the hospital. They're thick, coarse sheets that have little to do with blankets. Glad you're feeling better!

I know what you mean. I think my grandmother had some of those hospital-type blankets, which probably came from the 50's or so. They were okay in massive layers, or for cats when the blankets were old, or for polishing cloths when they were really old. But blankets in a hospital? Yeah, not so much.
