OMG, I ran 2 miles this morning. In my little tennis shoes. Only stopping to walk about three times. It was fantastic!

I think this way of running could really work. I went slowly and steadily, wasn't out of breath, made sure I didn't overdo it and went 2 miles. Almost effortlessly. Mostly I stopped to walk because my calves and ankles are still working up to this and I was worried that if I didn't walk for a bit, I really would overdo it and really be hurting tomorrow. I love this.

I went looking for an indoor rock climbing place near me in CT. Lo, I found one that's on my way home and it's huge and is open until 10pm I think. I need to check it out.
