Saint Martin's Spring has struck !!!!
Deep inside a wall - himself heard a hissing noise and low and behold from between his living room and bathroom wall - with out the need of hands or a pick ax a spring was born. This spring will result in a new wooden floor in the great room and a new floor in the bed room all paid for by insurance yea!!!!
The real miracle to me was that this did not happen while we were at Gulf War and gone for a week or away for a day or the house would resemble the great flood-- So I call this day a good one - and the floors need replacing anyway - all part of the big home remodel - The just newly painted bathroom fortunately has only the cement floor in preparation for the new floor that will be installed this weekend.
