Jeff and I have known each other for one year today! Yayy!
This was my first mention of him in my livejournal one year ago: "I found myself at a mall with two guys and trying to contain my surprise about how much one of them likes to sniff perfume. For me, this was a unique experience."
Yes indeed, my Jeff has a very keen interest in scent. What's cool, though, is that we're both the same sort of "special" when it comes to our animal-like olfaction. On several occasions, I have been accused of sheer insanity for my sniffing abilities. One time I swore that a tree at the beach smelled like curry. My co-workers gave me a really hard time about it. When Jeff came to visit in June, I took him to that tree.
He says it smells like curry.
Case closed.
