Challenge Specifics:
For this challenge you must create a set of
three icons from the caps provided below.** Icons must fit these categories.
Icon #1:
Choose a cap from part one of the episode (labeled below as Part #1).
These screen caps were chosen by longerthanwedo, the first place winner of the Special Round.
If mixing images, please don't combine with caps from Part #2.
Icon #2:
Choose a cap from part two of the episode (labeled below as Part #2.)
If mixing images, please don't combine with caps from Part #1.
Icon #3: Your Choice
For your third icon please use any of these "Exodus" promotional photos from LOST media linked at the gallery below. Or use any of the screen caps posted
in this entry.
For icon #3, mixing images from part 1 and 2 is OK.
Special Category Points Available
The
Extra Special Category (worth three points) for challenge five will be "Fav Set" if you remember this is exactly what we had for our first challenge.
There are two
Special Categories. These are entirely optional.
A Special "Technical" Category (worth two points) is
"Unsquared."
For this icon, all four sides of the image part on the icon must not be equal.
You can use a solid colors such as white or black to fill the extra space or you can make it transparent.
No textures or anything other than a solid color or transparency can be used to fill the extra space in the icon or it will not be put in the voting for "Unsquared."
You can make the images fit into any geometric shape, a letter, a rectangle or anything other than a 100x100 square.
You may make a maximum of two icons from your set for the unsquared theme.
If only one person enters an "unsquared" icon they will get the points by default.
The next Special Category is
"Best Island" (you didn't think I forgot my favorite theme did you?) and any icon that uses the scenery of the Island (jungle, beach, trees, mountains) on it will qualify.
In the part two gallery, I gave you a cap of the Island seen from a distance if you wish to use this to make a blend.
You may enter up to three icons for "Best Island."
