Cooking

So, I'll be cooking for a while, will I? Well then, I'm sure we'll all grow to love goya as much as I do. And I'm sure Hiroshi has some of that really nice Koregusu handy. I'm sure Okinawan cooking will really open up a world of delicious cuisine.

goya and hot sauce for everyone!!

I'll be baking up some desserts to go along with the main dishes also, like chinsuko and sata andagi. Though on the more savory dish side, we might want to make some hirayachis for the whiners that don't want to eat any of the rest of the food we make. They're practically Okinawan-style okonomiyakis anyway.

If you are making chinsuko, you better make twice as much. You know I can't resist.

Of course. And we can make two versions of the soba. Proper and pansy.

[ooc: Chinen's boss might have a teeny bit of a sweet tooth for them awesome cookies]

Yeah, which makes it difficult to keep track of the stash I get whenever Kaa-san sends some up for me. I know you keep taking them, even though I keep trying to hide them.
So it's better just to make some more ourselves so you can have your own stash.
Also, I think we've got some shikwasa around here somewhere, so I'm gonna make some juice out of them.

I'll be sure to make labels for each of them so the sissies can tell which one is for them.

[OOC: That's surprising. Never expected him to be the type to have much of a sweet tooth. XD Though chinsukos tend to have a mild sweetness, kinda like shortbread, so they're not real sweet like the sata andagi is.]

Hiroshi, did you forget who sired me? If I want something, I doubt there is anywhere in the world you could hide it that I couldn't somehow get to it. Especially those if your mother makes them

By sissies you mean the entire rest of the camp. I've never heard so much whining about our culturally relevant menu.

[ooc: it's because they aren't diabetes inducing sweet that he likes them. They're sort of a treat he'd share with his little sister so they remind him of home and her]

Right. That raging klepto streak you've got going on. Not even your closest friends are safe from it apparently. Though at least you seem to keep that habit of yours focused solely on pilfering my foodstuffs. ...But I'm sure Kaa-san would be happy to hear that you appreciate her baking so much.

Not quite entire, but close enough. You'd think they'd be happy to have something different from the same old bland garbage we're always eating here, but I guess some people just don't know a good thing when it's given to them.
