the definitive test

So here goes the silly post. The serious one will follow.

Suze and I decided that everyone falls into one of four, not two, categories and what those categories are. The number four was suggested by our very wise manager. I realized today that I stole the categories(Pirate, Ninja, Cowboy/girl, Samurai) off of a quiz. Excpet that Samurai was Knight. But they're much the same. Oops. However, our criteria is different and as neither the people who wrote the quiz nor I make money off our websites and I seriously doubt that more than 10 people read my livejournal, I don't think that anyone will care.

Here is a quick test to help you if you are in the dark about which one you are. Contrary to the title, this is by no means a definitive test. If you disagree with your results, know that they're probably wrong. And that this is all just silliness anyway. :0)

Question 1: In general, would you consider yourself a team player? If your answer is YES, go to question 2. If it is NO, go to question 3.

Question 2: Complete the following sentence: Rules are___________________________________
(a)important structures that make society work. They should always be kept unless they go against the higher code of morality, honor, and ethics.
(b)more like guidelines, really.

If you chose (a), see category # 1. If you chose (b), see category # 4.

Question 3: When hypothetically facing a hypothetical mortal enemy, how would you, hypothetically, attempt to defeat them?
(a) through superior intelligence, speed, strategy, sneakiness, skill, and stealth.
(b) through bold and direct confrontation. I like to have things out in the open and I'm big on fair play.

If you chose (a), see category # 3. If you chose (b), see category # 2.

Categories:

1. Samurai: Both honor and order are important. Strong respect for tradition and strict code of ethics. Very disciplined. Team-oriented.

2. Cowboy/girl: fiercely independent. often loners. straightforward. lots of respect for right and wrong. not much respect for established rules.

3. Ninja: independent and highly skilled and disciplined. secretive. master of disguise. good at adapting to new situations. introverted.

4. Pirate: team-oriented. strong sense of adventure. chaotic. little concern for oganization or established rules, but probably follows some kind of ethical code...when he/she feels like it.

So there you have it...whatever it is.
