wooo whooo!we ran in the rain today! and im getting soooo much better! and my knee is getting better and everything! and even my calved are HUGE! but today wasnt so good and i pushed myself too hard after being sick and i threw up :( but i guess its better out than in.........right? haha thats kinda sick but meeehhhhh whatever!
