Ugh, not feeling too good now. I don't know if it's a small dose of food poisoning or the wave of colder weather hitting again. I suspect the latter, as each time it's suddenly gotten much colder I've ended up with the runs and terrible stomach cramps, and can't get to feel warm. Goes away after a couple of days... spent most of today in bed with hot water bottle. Or in another room but I won't go into that. Bleh.
