(no subject)
I will should be done with school next Friday. The prospect of this excites me. I HATE getting up after anything less than 9 hours of sleep, so 7:15 is always a rude awakening... unless I somehow managed to get into bed around 10(like that ever happens. the shop closes at 9!).
I'm glad to have done this, but I'm not sure I want to teach just yet. I keep thinking about going to ARCS and supplicating myself to be an assistant there. After 6-12 months of assisting, I'd get to be a stylist making mad cash. Even on a 45% commission, I'd still be getting $20 or so per cut, since they're $45 and up. Right now, I get $5.18 per cut(12.95 haircut, 40% commission). that's a big fat BOO right there. Plus, I'd get to live somewhere new that's not so very far away from my friends and family.
Clint is finished with his German class that has been kicking his ass. he got the materials in January but put off working on it until July, so it was a mad dash to do 30 lessons and 3 tests. He barely got it in under the wire... :-p Now, I get to spend a handful of days enjoying how human he's being, then he has to get his wisdom teeth out, recover, and finish the research he started with a professor over the summer. I'll hold out hope for Winter break. :-)
Thanks to Zach Morris for getting my butt out of the house last night to see Rocky Horror. I love that skinny dude so hard. :-)
