If you're not watching this show, re-evaluate you choices. I'm loving this show so much. I'm so happy that TNT picked up this gem, otherwise, I might never have known such brilliance. I've been waiting for a woman like Lydia to grace my small screen for a while. Someone who looked like me and kicked ass not just as a detective but as a strong, empowering female.
OT: I love how Ben just picked her up and dragged her away during last night's episode. I've been watching too many Ben Mckenzie/ Regina King interviews. You can tell that they don't know each other really well yet, but as co-workers, they're slowly feeling each other out. It's cute to watch and I secretly always hope for a scene between Lydia, Ben, and John in every episode that airs. As well as, Russell. Come back Tom Everett Scott.
